Dill Maroulosalata Salad

This dill Maroulosalata salad is crisp, refreshing, and full of Greek flavor.

Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce finely chopped
  • 2 cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 7 whole black olives (pitted) finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • juice from half a lime
  • large pinch of salt

Equipment

  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Small Bowl
  • 1 fork
  • 1 Knife for chopping
  • 1 Tongs

Method
 

  1. Add the lettuce, all chopped vegetables, herbs, and feta to a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, add the olive oil, garlic, oregano, lime juice, and salt. Whisk with a fork until completely combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
